21 November 2023: An article based on research project by M.Tech. student (class of 2023), Priyam Pathak, is selected as an Editor's Choice article in Journal of Electronic Materials (Springer). The work makes interesting conclusions on impact ionization dependent mobilities in Tunnel FETs.

What is TSDL?
TSDL expands to Technology in Semiconductors and Devices Laboratory, name of the research laboratory under Dr. Rupam Goswami, Department of ECE, Tezpur University. It is associated with technology computer aided design of semiconductor devices using Sentaurus TCAD tool, an industrial simulator. The laboratory also deals with sensor electronics.

Dr. Rupam Goswami, Assistant Professor, Department of ECE, is the supervisor. Students of UG and PG programmes under his supervision are members of the laboratory. Doctoral scholars under his supervision are members of the laboratory.
